Lakshminarayan, Joint Managing Director, MICO by Mr. D.V. Pai, Branch Head, TÜV India Pvt. Ltd. at a function held in Bangalore on 5th June 2003 coinciding with the celebration of World Environment Day. The future objectives include elimination of ozone depleting substances in cooling operations besides continuing efforts in the area of water and energy conservation.

Mr.M.Lakshminarayan, Joint Managing Director, MICO said, “This certification milestone confirms MICO’s commitment of combining excellent business practices with environmental leadership. We have always strived to be a step ahead in every aspects and is committed to protecting environment and to minimise impact, thus fulfilling a key social responsibility for a better world”.

Also, in line with one of the corporate principles, the company is working towards involving its suppliers and community at large to minimise impacts on the environment.
