Brings to you a fabulous range of international brands at JC’s, Karol Bagh
New Delhi, Delhi, India

Bangalore-based Kemp Fort today announced the opening of ‘Toys Kemp', a one-stop shop offering the largest collection of the world's best toys for kids of all ages in New Delhi.

Locally made toys are lined up cheek by jowl with major international brands like Mattel, Barbie, Hot Wheels, Fisher Price, Hasbro, Tiger, Lego, Binny & Smith in the spacious 8,000 sq. ft. store, where kids can check out the stocks while parents wait comfortably. Educational games are piled up beside those of the ‘fun and games' variety. Toys Kemp will also present Barbie's new range of accessories, viz. a Barbie Point-of-Sale cash register, where credit cards and cash can be scanned and paid respectively. To make the transaction authentic, a transaction slip gets printed at the end of the deal! Similarly, a Barbie phone that resembles a regular EPABX system; Barbie Discman, with personalised CDs are available for sale.

The price range is equally comfortable – to suit every budget, every preference, every interest. ‘Toys Kemp' toys - toys from all parts of India, to the most sophisticated products from China, the USA or UK – includes wares in fifteen Sub-Kemps, among them the Action Kemp, Magic Kemp, Tinsy Kemp, Pre-school Kemp, and Remote Control Car Kemp toys, to name a few.

To announce the launch in New Delhi, a road show featuring some of the world's most loved cartoon characters will be seen in various parts of the city. Also, as part of the marketing launch plan, the first five hundred children to visit the store with the launch ad clipping which would appear in all the leading dailies of New Delhi, will receive a free gift.

The retail network of ‘Toys Kemp' includes thirteen outlets, one each in Delhi, Indore and Coimbatore, three in Chennai and six in Bangalore. Plans are underway to set up another three such exclusive stores by October-end and similar stores in Mumbai and Pune. Within the next three years, Kemp Fort plans to establish a chain of 500 ‘Toys Kemp' stores across the country.

"Toys Kemp is the only store to have such an array of both national and international toys, offering the child a choice of the best from around the globe," said Mr. Ravi Melwani, the brains behind ‘Toys Kemp' and Managing Partner of Kemp Fort. "Overwhelmed by the response from both children and adults to our exciting range of toys for children of all age groups, we decided to open many more such ‘Toys Kemp' stores in the country. ‘Toys Kemp' at Karol Bagh in New Delhi is part of this endeavour."
