HCL Infosystems Ltd (HCL Insys), India's premier technology integration company has said that its Business PC shipments in the month of June 2000 indicate that Windows 2000 Professional is emerging as the Operating System platform of choice for business applications. The company reported that over 60% of its Infinet Business Desktop shipments in June were pre-loaded with Windows 2000 Professional.

"Our business PC shipment trends in June reflect the overwhelming market acceptance of Windows 2000 Professional", said Mr. Rahul Singh, Manager-Marketing, HCL Infosystems. "Pre-loaded on our Infinet range of business desktops, this robust and feature-rich operating system is the ideal platform for business applications", added Mr. Singh.
