Dr Alok Bharadwaj is 45th among the Top 100 influencing EMS Worldwide

Dr. Alok Bharadwaj, President of MAIT (Manufacturer's Association for IT Industry), has been chosen as on of the most influential persons in the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) industry across the world. Dr Bharadwaj ranks 45th among ‘Top 100 Top EMS Influencers' across the world, according to Silicon Valley based VentureOutsource.com, the leading online resource for electronics contract manufacturing outsourcing and offshoring benchmarking, best practices, and strategy.

MAIT is the apex body representing India's IT hardware, training and designs & manufacturing.

In his cover note unveiling the VentureOutsource.com Annual Top 100 People Influencing EMS – 2012, VentureRersource.com's founder Mark Zetter writes: "Not just anyone can accomplish a task to create a list of this magnitude, but we felt we could rise to the occasion... Other world figures included in the Top 100 people influencing the EMS industry are: US President Barack Obama and his Brazilian counterpart Dilma Rousseff, Union Minister of Commerce and Industry Anand Sharma, and CEOs Michael Dell (Dell), Tim Cook (Apple) and John Chambers (Cisco).
