A Satisfying Work Culture
Daily huddles, flexible working hours, work from home options, monthly fun events, annual outings, loan facility, flexible maternity leaves, skip level meetings, employee surveys, open door policy, dual career paths and an ecosystem that is based on developing transparency, open communication with the Management and continuous improvement practices, is what sets the company apart from other companies of similar size and services.
Growth and Learning
Employee development forms the core of Brickwork’s HR policies. Mapping and tracking competencies, KRA’s and IDP’s, have raised the bar for performance and role modelling. Employees get to interact directly with clients, take independent decisions, and consistently get opportunities to work with top senior level executives. The dual career path – Operational and Technical, is inclusive and aims to retain and grow people with different capabilities and personalities. The new hires go through a 3-9 months of trainings and existing employees go through 48 hours of refresher training every year.
A Safe, Secure, Fun Place to be
The work space is safe and well secured, with regular fire safety measures, self-defence sessions for women, anti-sexual harassment trainings, quizzes and competitions, free health check-up camps, work life balance awareness sessions and an annual sports day with six clubs vying for glory. ISHA-the women’s group celebrates the uniqueness of women through regular fun events, recreational activities and indoor games.
